1. Parties and Seller Information
This Distance Sales Agreement is made between the SELLER identified below and the BUYER who places an order through the karyxa.com website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The BUYER is party to this agreement with the name, surname, delivery address, phone number and email address declared during the order. By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to set out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's karyxa.com website, whose characteristics and sale price are stated on the order page.
3. Product and Payment Details
The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price and payment method of the product appear in the order summary and in the order confirmation email sent to the BUYER. Prices listed and announced on the site are sale prices and include VAT.
Shipping on all orders is covered by the SELLER. No shipping fee is charged to the BUYER; the amount shown in the order summary is the total payable.
Payments are processed through a licensed payment institution's infrastructure. Card details are never seen, stored or recorded by the SELLER.
4. Delivery
The product is delivered to the address given by the BUYER during the order; it is packed and handed to the courier by the SELLER. Orders are handed to the courier within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. The statutory delivery period cannot exceed 30 days from the date of the order.
The BUYER is obliged to inspect the product on delivery. Damaged products, or products whose packaging has been opened, should not be accepted and an official report should be recorded with the courier.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Notice of withdrawal may be sent by email to info@karyxa.com or by phone on 0212 234 34 74.
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned unused and in resaleable condition, together with its invoice and original packaging. The SELLER refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
6. Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic and personal care products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
For this reason the product's protective seal/packaging must be unopened. Products personalised at the BUYER's request and products liable to expire are also within this scope.
7. Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence or at the place where the transaction was made are competent, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
8. Entry into Force
The BUYER accepts that, before placing the order, they have read and understood this agreement and the preliminary information form, and approved them electronically. The agreement enters into force once the order is confirmed by the SELLER.
