Cancellation, Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your order without giving any reason before it is handed over to the courier. It is enough to send your cancellation request to info@karyxa.com or call 0212 234 34 74.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled; in that case the right of withdrawal and return process below applies.

Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

It is enough to send your withdrawal notice in writing (info@karyxa.com) within this period. You must then send the product back within 10 days of your notice.

Under Article 15 of the Regulation, cosmetic and personal care products whose packaging or protective seal has been opened are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons and fall outside the right of withdrawal.

The following are also outside the scope of returns:

• Products that have been used, tried or partially consumed
• Products whose original packaging is damaged or incomplete
• Products for which no invoice can be presented
• Products personalised at your request

• Send your return request with your order number to info@karyxa.com.
• We send you a return approval and shipping instructions.
• Pack the product together with its invoice and original packaging.
• Ship the product following the instructions we provide.
• Once it reaches us it is inspected and, if suitable, the return is approved.

Return shipping is covered by us. Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, since no contracted carrier has been designated for returns, the cost of return cannot be charged to the consumer.

When you send us your return request, we tell you step by step how to ship the product and how the shipping cost is covered.

Once a return is approved, the payment is refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used for the order. How long a credit card refund takes to appear on your account depends on your bank and is outside our control.

If you find a manufacturing defect in the product you received, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 you may request replacement, a refund, or a reduction in price proportionate to the defect. In such cases the return is accepted even if the packaging has been opened.
