This is an English translation provided for convenience. These terms are governed by Turkish law; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum amount; we cover the shipping cost in full.
The amount shown in the order summary and at checkout is the total you pay. No additional charge is ever taken without your approval.
2. Preparation and Delivery Time
Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Your tracking number is sent by email once the order ships.
Courier delivery time varies by region but is usually 1–3 business days. Public holidays, adverse weather and delays caused by the courier fall outside these times.
Under Turkish law the maximum delivery period cannot exceed 30 days from the order date. If delivery cannot be made within this period, you have the right to cancel your order.
3. Delivery Area
We ship to every province and district of Türkiye. Orders are packed and handed to the courier by us. International shipping is not available at this time.
4. Checking on Delivery
We strongly recommend inspecting the package in the presence of the courier. If there is any crushing, tearing or water damage, do not accept the delivery and have the courier record an official report.
If you report the situation to info@karyxa.com together with that report, we will resend the product free of charge.
5. Address Information
Delivery is made to the address you provided with your order. The SELLER is not responsible for delays or return costs caused by incomplete or incorrect address details. Address change requests after dispatch are at the courier company's discretion.
6. Stock Availability
If an item you ordered is out of stock, you are informed within 3 business days at the latest and your payment is refunded within 14 days.
